			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://66.147.242.86/~frampton/gallery/index.php?album=Misc"><img class="ZenphotoPress_thumb ZenphotoPress_right alignright" title="IMG_5941" src="http://66.147.242.86/~frampton/gallery/zp-core/i.php?a=Misc&amp;i=IMG_5941.jpg&amp;w=&amp;h=300" alt="IMG_5941" width="160" height="240" /></a>The English weather has improved immensley the past few weeks.  First highs in the 50s and this week all in the 60s with lots of sunshine.  I could really tell, though, when I came home from work to find Mary camped out in the back yard.  Note the socks.  That&#8217;s Mary&#8217;s signature move!  The snowdrops have come and gone, the crocuses are almost gone and the daffodils are in full swing.  Next month the bluebells will be out and I&#8217;ll be working hard at getting some nice photos of those.  And best of all we change our clocks this weekend.</p>
<p>This past weekend I snuck out early to go take picutres at Portland Bill.  I took a wrong turn in Weymouth which led me along the waterfront where all of the clubs are.  It was 5:15am and there were lots of young people (and police) outside the pubs.  I realized it was still yesterday for them!<a href="http://66.147.242.86/~frampton/gallery/index.php?album=portland"><img class="ZenphotoPress_thumb ZenphotoPress_right alignleft" title="portland" src="http://66.147.242.86/~frampton/gallery/zp-core/i.php?a=portland&amp;i=portland.jpg&amp;w=&amp;h=400" alt="portland" width="171" height="256" /></a></p>
